Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your PrepItOut account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how — on the website, in the mobile app, and by email — as required by Google Play's data-deletion policy. The developer responsible is Sheshan Pradhan, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh 496001, India.

1. How to request deletion

Choose any one of these methods:

• Website: log in at PrepItOut.com, open your Dashboard or the Help desk, and raise an “Account deletion” request.
• Mobile app: log in to the PrepItOut app, go to Help / Support and submit an “Account deletion” request.
• Email: write to support@prepitout.com from your registered mobile number's account, with the subject “Delete my PrepItOut account”, mentioning your registered name and mobile number.

2. Verification

To protect your account from misuse, we verify every deletion request with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number before processing it.

3. What gets deleted

• Your name and mobile number.
• Your test attempts, scores, progress and analytics.
• Your support messages and attachments.
• Your notification preferences.

4. What may be retained

• Payment transaction references required by law (kept by our payment partner Razorpay and in our records for tax / legal compliance) — these contain no card or bank details, which we never held.
• Fully anonymised analytics that cannot identify you (e.g. aggregate counts).

5. Timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 7 business days and complete deletion from our servers in India within 30 days. Your active PRO subscription, if any, is cancelled with no further charge — see our Refund Policy for unused-period refunds.

6. Effect of deletion

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your test history, PRO subscription and dashboard. To use PrepItOut again you will need to create a new account.
