Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PrepItOut exam preparation Platform — the website at PrepItOut.com and the PrepItOut mobile app on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The Platform is operated in India by independent developer Sheshan Pradhan, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh 496001, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What PrepItOut is

PrepItOut lets students and aspirants in India practise with mock tests for competitive exams conducted in India (such as SSC, CGPSC, Vyapam and others). All questions are our own original work — prepared by our team through research of current articles, blogs and exam updates so the practice stays relevant. We are a practice platform, not a government body, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam-conducting authority.

2. Eligibility

• The Platform serves users in India only.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must register with your real name and a valid Indian mobile number, verified by OTP.
• One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Share your account or OTP with anyone else.
• Copy, screenshot-scrape, redistribute, resell or republish our questions or test content.
• Attempt to disrupt the Platform, bypass test timers or attempt limits, manipulate leaderboards, or probe our systems.
• Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material through support or any other channel.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Free users get 1 attempt per test with limited analytics.
• PRO subscription (currently ₹199 for 365 days) unlocks unlimited re-attempts, all paid tests while active, and full leaderboards and analytics.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes, and may change with notice. Your active plan keeps its price until renewal.
• Subscriptions are for personal, non-transferable use.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, test structure, designs, logos and other content on the Platform are owned by us and protected by Indian copyright law. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to attempt tests for your own preparation — nothing more. Our questions are original and researched from public articles and blogs; any resemblance to third-party material is either fair use for education or coincidental. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

6. Accuracy & no guarantee

We research exam patterns, current affairs articles and blogs to keep questions relevant, but mock tests are practice material only. We do not guarantee that any question will appear in an actual exam, nor any selection, score or result. Exam syllabi and patterns change; always verify official details with the exam-conducting authority.

7. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We may add, modify or discontinue tests, features or plans (including free limits) with reasonable notice. Maintenance downtime will be minimised and communicated where possible.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time (see our Account & Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse payments, or harm the Platform or other users. On termination, your right to use the content ends immediately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including exam outcomes, loss of data, or losses from downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹100 if you used only free services).

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion via our Contact / help-desk channels. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Platform changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised and material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after the update means you accept the new Terms.
